Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. What this is
DonutMeta collects publicly visible order-book prices from a Minecraft server and shows them back to you. It is provided free, as-is, by an individual, not a company.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (16 across much of the EU, unless your country has set it lower), you need a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is in it. Account → Sign out everywhere ends every session immediately.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: upload fabricated market data; run more accounts than you actually play; attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service; upload anything unlawful or infringing; or use the service to harass anyone.
We may suspend or remove any account, and remove the data it contributed, if we believe it is doing any of that. Because every contribution is attributed, removing one account's data does not disturb anyone else's.
5. Your content
Charts you create remain yours. By publishing one you allow us to host and display it, and allow others to view and fork it. You may delete it at any time.
6. Reporting content
If something published here infringes your rights or breaks these terms, write to the abuse address below with enough detail to find it. We will look, and act if warranted. That includes copyright claims: there is one address, it is read, and a notice sent to it is acted on.
7. The mod, and DonutSMP
The mod reads screens your own client already draws. It does not automate play, and it sends nothing to the game server. Even so, whether using it is permitted on any given server is that server's decision, not ours. We are not affiliated with DonutSMP and cannot promise your use of this will be allowed there. That risk is yours.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Prices here are observations reported by other players. They may be stale, incomplete, or wrong. Do not treat them as advice, and check before making a trade you would mind losing.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of in-game items, currency or progress, arising from your use of this service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ending it
You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may discontinue the service, with notice where practical: it is a hobby project and may not run forever.
11. Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the site will say so.
12. If part of this is unenforceable
If any provision here is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the invalid part is limited to the minimum extent necessary rather than struck out entirely.
13. The whole agreement
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, and replace anything said elsewhere about it.
